The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is based on the concept fo “Qi” (vitality) and suggests that a human being is balanced and healthy as long as the “Qi” is in harmony.

Qi Gong is one of various methods to keep the “Qi” in this harmony necessary for a balanced life. In order to reach this Qi Gong keeps the flow of the Qi ongoing by performing gentle, smooth, calm and soft movements.
